Terms of trade

• Trade only. We do not sell to private consumers.
• A lot is sold as one set at the stated lot price, excluding VAT and carriage. Where lines have sold before acceptance, the manifest marks them sold and the lot price is for what remains.
• Accepting a lot places it in your basket; stock is reserved when you place the order, and the order is confirmed on payment of the proforma.
• Goods are described by the manifest. If a delivered lot differs from its manifest, tell us within 48 hours and we will credit or replace the difference.
• Title passes on payment in full.
