A lot is sold as one set at the stated lot price, excluding VAT. Carriage within the UK is free. Where lines are no longer available at acceptance, the manifest marks them so and the lot price is for what remains.
Placing an order reserves the lot(s) for you and confirms the order. Each shipment is billed on a proforma invoice once it is packed and ready for dispatch, payable on our site by bank or card (card payments carry a 3% processing fee plus VAT), or by bank transfer quoting the proforma's reference. Goods are dispatched once their proforma is paid in full. Payment is due within 7 days of placing your order; unpaid orders are cancelled and the lots released.
Deliveries outside the UK are ex-works (EXW, our London warehouse): the buyer arranges and pays for collection, freight and insurance, is the importer of record, and bears the duties, taxes and customs clearance of the destination country. Export orders are zero-rated for VAT.
Goods are described by the manifest. If a delivered lot differs from its manifest, tell us within 48 hours and we will credit or replace the difference.
