Before you buy
Questions buyers ask
- Who can buy?
- Trade buyers anywhere: registered businesses and sole traders who resell. Opening an account is free.
- Is every lot manifested?
- Yes. Each lot page lists every line — product, size, grade, quantity, unit reference price — and the manifest downloads as a CSV.
- Can I buy part of a lot?
- No. A lot is priced as a set: you take every line that is still available. If a lot is close but not right, contact the desk and we will build one for you.
- What grades do you sell?
- Mostly grade A: new, boxed stock. Where a lot includes B-grade or ex-display goods, the grade is shown on every affected line. Lots made entirely of graded stock have a page of their own, B-Grade lots, with the condition terms above them: ex-display stock that has been on sale in store and rebagged, sold as such and priced for it.
- What's the difference between an order and a fulfilment?
- Your order is what you bought. A fulfilment is what we pack and send together — and it's what you pay for. We only ask for payment once a fulfilment is packed and ready to go out the door, so the time between you paying and receiving your goods is as short as possible: each fulfilment has its own proforma, is paid on its own, and is dispatched as soon as it's paid — at the latest the next working day. Lots that ship from the same place go in one fulfilment, so most orders are one fulfilment and one payment.
- How quickly will my lot arrive?
- Lots marked 'Packed and ready to go out the door' are already packed: we dispatch the next working day after you pay. Lots marked 'Packed to order' are packed after you order — allow up to 7 days before dispatch. Lots marked 'Arriving' are partly still on their way to our warehouse: the lot shows the week the stock is due — allow 7 days after it lands for us to pick and pack it before dispatch. Either way we only ask for payment once your lot is packed and ready to go out the door.
- How do I pay?
- Place your order and your lots are reserved for you straight away. We only ask for payment once your lots are packed and ready to go out the door, so you never pay for goods still waiting to be packed and they reach you as soon as possible after you pay. You'll then see what you owe on our site. Pay there by bank (no fee), by card or Revolut Pay (a 3% processing fee plus VAT, shown before you pay), or by bank transfer using the reference on the proforma we email you. Lots shipping together are billed on one proforma. Payment is due within 7 days of placing your order; unpaid orders are cancelled and the lots released. We dispatch once payment is received, and title passes on payment in full. Prices are in GBP; the switch at the top of the page shows them in US dollars instead, indicative at the day's rate, with the sterling figure beside each.
- Do you deliver?
- Within the UK, yes: by pallet courier, free on every lot. Outside the UK, lots are sold ex-works — you or your forwarder collect from our London warehouse. Collection is by appointment.
- Does your paperwork pass TikTok Shop and eBay Live brand checks?
- Yes, by the proof-of-purchase route. Every lot ships with an invoice that carries what the platforms look for: the dated transaction, each product itemised by SKU and quantity under the lot it came from, and our VAT number, Companies House number and registered address. Keep it with the lot; it is what you upload. A letter from us confirming the goods' provenance is yours on request, and for some brands we can obtain a brand authorisation letter direct from the trademark owner — ask the desk which, before you buy.
- Do you export?
- Yes, ex-works. Tell us where the lot is going; we prepare it for collection at our London warehouse and hand it to your forwarder. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are yours as the importer of record. Export orders are zero-rated for VAT.
